Parents Should Keep Close Watch
 
There is a growing need for the children in particular to have strong immune systems. How do you read this? The prescription of a medical practitioner or the topic of a chat show! Whatever it is, there is nod doubt in it that there is the need of such a prescription! But how can the immune system of a child be strengthened? It can be done or strengthened through a wholesome natural diet, along with natural supplements and exercise. Or else, if one goes on abusing it can be damaged at the slightest pretext. Even the minor health concerns can be a strong, pertinent and enduring feature. The parents should remember that children with strong immune systems are in general not affected with every day toxins. They in general get eliminated by the presence of strong toxins. However, in case of children the most important factor is the presence of proper nutrition. But how can a child be properly nutritious? Is it good for the parents to depend largely on the pediatricians? The answer is strictly no. They should take the cudgel of responsibility on their own and find out for themselves the necessary solutions. For instance, the parents should help the growth of having healthy raw foods within their children. It has been found by a study that cooked foods in general inflict more strain on the immune system. Not to speak of the junk foods! Well, one must try the vegetarian foods to keep a normal and healthy diet.
 
There is another way to strengthen the immune system in children, and that is by taking supplements like Vitamin A/Beta-Carotene. This work in general as antioxidants to inhibit free radical damage and also to strengthen the immune system. There is also the need of Vitamin C, which apart from being an antioxidant helps a lot to protect against immune related diseases like clod, flu and cancer. It also happens to act as one of the most important nutrients for heart health.   Thus it is solely on the parents to set the example of proper nutrition, supplementation and regular exercise.
